Strange
Though it was a foggy morning,
I could see something in the distance
something very big…
really big…
and something very bright
though my vision was faded with fog,
I can tell it was bright
There was a river in front
with water flowing like current
cold current, I would say
I put my right leg in the water
but how immediately it was drawn back
for the water was cold…
really cold…
it wasn't clear either
and I couldn't judge its depth
and yes! swimming goes above my head
My body needed warmth
but I was hopeless…
hopeless to cross the river
so I called that distant thing near
"I need your warmth"
went there my plead
"so?" came the reply
though disappointed
I still had a hope
so I requested again
"please come to me…I need you"
"You have crossed such a dense forest…
whole night, you survived
without food and light
it is a new day today
and the forest is back
why at this moment
you people
always
become hesitant???
It's not me to come towards you
it's you…
who shall come towards me"
with puzzled eyes
opened wide
I remained speechless,
hearing what it said
"Don't think too much idiot!
I am your destiny…
your dream…
your future…
move your steps a bit further"
and then suddenly
something woke me up
at my bed
but since then
my vision towards future
was never the same it was beautifully
hopefully
changed
